Delay in receiving registration codes in Vietnam

Good afternoon folks, I need some quick advice. I am trying to create an account on Mega ***** World from my location in central Vietnam, but I seem to be stuck on the final confirmation step. I filled out my username, password, and local mobile number carefully, but the verification SMS is taking a very long time to arrive on my phone. I am using a major local mobile operator, and my signal strength is perfectly fine.
